How do your shirts fit?

We highly recommend reviewing our size chart to choose the best size. You can find this information in each product listing. The size chart is the last photo. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of when you received your order. Items must be returned in unwashed/unworn condition and have all original tags attached. We highly recommend shipping your item back with a tracking number. You can also reuse the package it was sent in. Once we receive your item in the mail, you will either receive a refund to the card you used or the correct size will be sent out to you. 

*After your exchange is approved, it must be sent back within 14 days. If you're beyond that time frame your return/exchange will be denied. Please keep this in mind. Close-out items are NOT eligible to be returned or exchanged.

How should I care for my shirt?

We recommend washing in cold water with a natural detergent.  Air dry or turn inside out and dry on low.

What is your processing time?

Current production time is 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via First-Class mail. First Class has an estimated shipping time of 2-5 days. 

You can also upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. This option has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. (US Customers only) 

We are not responsible for (and can only guarantee) the ship date, not the delivery date, and will not be held responsible for errors made by a third party (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other delivery services).

How long does international shipping take?

International Orders are shipped USPS International. Please keep in mind that shipping times vary by region and may take approximately up to 5 weeks to arrive. (+ weekends and holidays) All time frames that USPS gives are estimates and not guarantees.

Where can I get my tracking number?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped with your tracking number. 

My order has been shipped to an old/wrong address! What should I do?

Please be sure to check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If after you submit your order and before your order ships, please send me a message with the correct shipping information. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced. All shipping labels are created using the shipping address you provided when you placed your order. 

In the case of an order being sent to the wrong address, because of incorrect information given by the buyer, the order will be re-shipped once it's returned to the seller. Reshipment will be at the cost of the buyer. 

My package has been marked delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

We suggest checking with your neighbors first to see if the mail was accidentally delivered to the wrong address by your postal carrier. If that does not work, please contact your post office. Ask them to provide the GPS coordinates to see where they delivered your package. We cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail caused by USPS error. If the package is not located you must file a report at your local post office.

My tracking number hasn’t updated in day/weeks and hasn’t been delivered. What do I do?

All orders shipped come with USPS tracking information. You receive your tracking number when your item ships. USPS typically delivers first-class mail within 2-5 business days, however this is an estimate and there can be times when there is a delay in the delivery of your package. Please be patient, as your package will arrive. If your package has not moved in over a week, please send us a message and we will contact USPS on your behalf. 

I received a damaged item. What can be done?

Any items damaged must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item. A new item will not be sent or refund given until a photo is received.
