Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions
By participating in the program, Brand Ambassadors agree to use the program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirely, you are not authorized to register as a brand ambassador or participate in the program in any manner. If an ambassador wishes to be removed from the program on their own, they can do so by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Brand Ambassador Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You must be 18 years or older to be an Ambassador. If accepted, your term will be limited to 3 months but can be terminated at our sole discretion at any time. All Brand Ambassadors must re-apply for each term.
2. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost, etc). For a Brand Ambassador to receive a commission, current PayPal information must be set up in Brand Ambassador Account Payment Settings. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Brand Ambassador Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. We reserve the right to deactivate your account at any time, and for any reason, including but not limited to: Ambassadors promoting our products in a manner that we do not approve of or Ambassadors promoting our competitors’ products 90 days without sales through your link/including your code.
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through email or Dropbox. We may use any of your images for any social media promotions, ads, etc. (We will give you credit when sharing your image.) You are not allowed to comment with your Ambassador code on any Nature Supply Co's social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). You cannot add your Ambassador discount code to coupon sites. If we find your code added to one of these coupon sites, you will be notified immediately and this will be cause for removal from the Ambassador Program. You may not sell Nature Supply Co items at events of any kind (ex. farmer's markets, etc.) as a Brand Ambassador.
